Each uncoated tablet contains Aceclofenac IP100mg Paracetamol IP 325 mg Tramadol Hydrochloride IP 37.5mg.
Aceclofenac: Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal agent with marked anti-inflammatory and analgesicproperties. The mode of action of aceclofenac is largely based on the inhibition to prostaglandin synthesis. Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins.
Pharmacologically, tramadol is similar to tapentadol and methadone in that it not only binds to the MOR, but also inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine due to its action on the noradrenergic and serotonergic systems, such as its "atypical" opioid activity.
